Space Committee Meeting

[ The Happy Hour Archive | obereed.net ]

As you are all aware, the addition of new faculty has made it necessary
for adjustments to be made in the allotment of lab and office space. As
such, adjustments have been recommended by the space committee and
approved by the administration. In all cases, the committee members have
carefully assessed the needs of the department as a whole, the department
areas, and individual students and faculty members, and we have done our
best to assign space based on the greatest need. We appreciate your
cooperation during this transition period, and hope that there will be no
difficulty in making the necessary changes by 5pm. The space committee
will be meeting at Good Time Charlie's today at 4:30pm if any
clarification is required before the final move.
Thank you.

Mikels, Riis, Tschirhart, and the incoming Willoughby. Scaffolding and
extra desks have been ordered and will be installed this afternoon, and we
believe that the bunk-desk arrangement will make for a more intimate
learning environment for the C&P students
Thank you for your cooperation.
